Orders and Shipping
Where do you ship?
Daily Comfort Co. currently ships to customers in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes an additional 7–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, holidays, weather, or supplier location.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is sent by email after your order ships. Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
Why might my items arrive separately?
Some products are fulfilled directly by different supplier partners. This can result in separate packages and delivery dates.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return an item?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving an eligible item. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Review our Refund Policy for complete details.
What should I do if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ihighfivedapig@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.
